1. Returns Policy

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must not have been damaged or altered in any way.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

To begin a return, please contact us via email at Contact@purepariz.com with your order details and reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization number if necessary.

2. Refunds Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the standard return procedure and place a new order. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Contact@purepariz.com, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return. You may choose to receive a replacement or a full refund for the damaged or defective product.

5. How to Return an Item

  • Contact us at Contact@purepariz.com to request a return authorization.

  • Pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and instructions.

  • Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping service. We recommend using a service that provides tracking information to ensure the product is safely returned.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

6. Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to process your refund. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
